Employees see their remaining leave balance through the mobile or web portal and create a request within seconds. According to the hierarchical approval workflow, the request lands on the relevant manager's screen with an instant notification.

HRCORE provides clock-in/out with QR codes and notification-confirmed clock-in with Bluetooth Beacon, without the need for costly physical card and turnstile hardware.

When an employee enters the Beacon coverage area, they receive a notification and, when they confirm, only a clock-in record is created; clock-out cannot be done with Beacon. Yes. HRCORE is designed on the principle of full compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). Your data is hosted within Türkiye's borders, on a high-security server infrastructure, with end-to-end encryption.

✕ No. HRCORE never performs continuous or hidden background location tracking.

HRCORE works with an event-based verification architecture. Location verification is confirmed once, within milliseconds, only at the moment the employee scans the clock-in/out QR code, and tracking ends when the transaction is complete. When an employee tries to log in for the first time from a new or unauthorized device, the system automatically requests manager approval.

Unauthorized access is blocked until the HR or IT manager approves. The manager can end suspicious sessions with a single click at any time. For more information, you can refer to the Device & Session Management section.
