Beacon-Based Clock-In with Notification Confirmation
The HRCORE Beacon System is a user-controlled, contactless attendance system that sends a notification when your employee's phone enters the range of a Bluetooth Beacon placed inside the office and, with the employee's confirmation, creates only a clock-in record. Clock-out cannot be done with Beacon. To use it, Bluetooth must be on and Beacon permission must be granted on the phone.

How It Works
Beacon Detection & Pre-Checks
If Bluetooth is on and Beacon permission is granted, the mobile app listens for the Beacon signal in the background; signal strength, distance, and cooldown period are checked.
Notification & Confirmation
The employee receives the notification "Do you confirm your clock-in?"; the employee confirms and the system performs additional verification with GPS.
Recording
The clock-in is recorded in the attendance records as Beacon-sourced.
