Your IP address, user agent information, and location data (GPS/location) will be processed only for analytical purposes and to provide in-app functionalities, through cookies and similar technologies or mobile application permissions, obtained automatically or non-automatically, recorded, stored, and updated within the framework of our service and contractual relationship and for its duration, based on the legitimate interest and performance of contract processing conditions.

Location data is processed to enable attendance/shift clock-in and clock-out verification and location-based controls offered within our application.

The personal data and location information you share with us will be processed and updated appropriately and proportionately throughout the contract and service period in order to fulfill the requirements of the services we offer in the best possible way, securely carry out location-based verification processes, ensure that you can access and benefit from these services to the maximum extent, develop our services according to your needs, and comply with legal obligations (such as sharing personal data with judicial and administrative authorities upon request).

Your personal data may be transferred to third parties, domestic and international, with whom we have a contractual relationship, cooperate, or receive and/or provide services from, and to judicial and administrative authorities upon request, provided that necessary technical and administrative measures are taken.

According to Article 11 of the KVKK, everyone can contact the data controller and exercise the following rights:
