How It Works

01

New Device Detection

A user logs in from a device that has not been used before, and the system sets it to "Pending Approval" status.

02

Notification and Approval

A notification goes to authorized users, who select Approve or Reject from the notification or from the screen.

03

Access

If approved, the user is granted access to the system; if rejected, the login is blocked.
